Great service from a lovely company

Great service from a lovely company. I did have a issue with the ultrasonic sensor working on the S22 due to the excellent build quality of the screen protector. However after contacting Rob in customer services replacement screens were sent foc the same day and the issue was promptly rectified.The product works perfectly. Many thanks Rob. Excellent company. Customer service second to none.

Great Customer Service

Brilliant service all round. Unfortunately I was having problems with the biometric unlock on the screen protector originally ordered. Though this could well be something completely outside the control of MediaDevil, the team provided a comprehensive explanation of what could be the cause and promptly supplied an alternative, marginally thinner material free of charge which has subsequently worked a treat. Dealing with a company that properly cares for customers through great service is such a rarity nowadays. Highly recommended!

Samsung S22 screen protector

Ordered a pack of 2 Samsung S22 screen protector, arrived as promised and applied to the screen, unfortunately the finger recognition feature did not work with the protection in place. I emailed mediadevil, got a response within 24 hours, an explanation of perhaps the screen protectors were too thick and a replacement of slightly thinner ones were offered, which arrived the next day. The replacement protectors were applied and my phone and all the features work perfectly.
Absolutely delighted with the service and the product and would recommend mediadevil without hesitation.

Great product!

I was recommended to purchase this product by my son as I had bought a new phone and wanted to protect it as much as possible.
Don't be fooled ....not all screen protectors are the same and this one certainly is at the upper end of the grade and well worth the slightly more expensive but much better quality item.

Great Service, great product

I bought a screen from here and it was delivered quickly, packaging was appropriate and was happy with what I bought. Unfortunately, I had an issue with the screens I had received.

I informed the company about it and Rob emailed me very swiftly with a very keen interest on getting the issue resolved with me. Rob took the time to look at the issues I had and explained to me their manufacturing processes. We were able to identify a couple of rare manufacturing defects were the fault (lets face it, this can be inevitable whatever you buy), and immediate replacements were sent out. I received these within a couple of days of raising the issue and I'm pleased to say these have worked perfectly.

It is clear to me that Media Devil very much pride themselves on delivering first class customer service and creating happy customers. I'm very happy with the screen protector I have received and the customer service that was provided.

After my original purchase I was left a little disappointed, but with the solid customer service and speedy resolution I am now more than satisfied!

I would wholeheartedly recommend this product and this company. And if, like me, you have an issue then feel absolutely assured the team will do their best to resolve it with you.

Works with fingerprint recognition

After several failed attempts to find screen protectors that worked with fingerprint recognition and didn't have hole in them, I saw good reviews for this so took a gamble. It paid off. Easy to apply and worked with my original stored fingerprint, though I did redo to make sure. Excellent producut.

Thanks ever so much for your positive feedback. Because we design every protector in-house using real working devices we do test things like touchscreen responsiveness and fingerprint scanners if the device supports it.

Most devices' scanners do indeed work fine with our protectors even if the fingerprint recognition is set up before they're applied but there are occasions where re-registering one's dabs is necessary so the scanner can compensate for being covered by a fairly thick material (this is why Ultra-Tough generally works better on this aspect and we get very few reported issues, others like tempered glass are much thicker thus much more likely to cause a problem as noted on many forums and message boards).

Finally found a screen protector that actually lives up to the claims. Unlike others I have tried, it actually does support finger prints (or in my case my thumb!) Easy to fit & you even get a replacement should it be necessary. Excellent product.

I have tried various protectors which state that it is fingerprint compatible. Which turn out not to be so. Is this one really compatible with fingerprint sign in

All our protectors (up until this S22 series, currently the latest S-Series) are compatible with the Samsung fingerprint sensor. We are a screen protector specialist and therefore we design and test our screen protectors using real devices (and produce them in-house), which is very rare in this industry.

Please check the reviews on our products for earlier S-Series models (which have more product reviews) to verify the fingerprint sensor compatibility. A lot of our new Samsung screen protector customers come to us after experiencing issues elsewhere.
