1. Delivery Policy
At MediaDevil we are proud to offer a fast and value-for-money delivery service.
We offer a very fast worldwide courier option (provided by DHL) for approximately £20 (about $25). Below are our timescales for our standard delivery option. The timescale provided in brackets is the official timescale that the British postal service 'aims' to achieve, however, we also quote a longer timescale, because we would prefer to manage your expectations in case the international postal system is particularly busy.

We dislike shopping from websites that charge unreasonable shipping prices, and that's why our delivery pricing is often subsidised below what it costs us. We also offer a FREE delivery option for a reasonable minimum spend (see below for further details), and tracked and express-courier delivery options are also available.
Standard delivery pricing (untracked):
UK: £0.69 (orders below £15), and £0.99 (orders £15 and above).
Non-UK: £1.99 (orders below £20.00), and £2.49 (orders £20.00 and above).
Free Delivery minimum spend:
We offer a free delivery service to the UK and worldwide, based on the following minimum spend amounts:
EU / USA: £30 (approximately €33 / $39)
You must select the tracked delivery option to receive a tracking number for your order. Our 'Standard Shipping' and 'Free Shipping' options are not tracked.
Orders including pre-ordered or back-ordered items will be despatched as soon as all items are available. You must place separate orders if you wish for in-stock items to be delivered first. To reiterate this point: your order will be shipped when all individual items become available, as one shipment.
We offer delivery to almost every country. We sometimes stop shipping to a small number of countries due to the unreliability of their postal systems. If your country is not listed as an option during the checkout process, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
Shipping during the Christmas Period:
During the Christmas period, orders placed after 2pm UK time may not be shipped that same day. Deliveries are also likely to be delayed in the global postage system during the Christmas period, so please allow enough time for the delivery of your order.
2. Returns Policy
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.
If you'd like to return an unused item, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to get it back to us for an exchange or refund. This, of course, does not affect your statutory right to cancel, but our return policy is already better than that :) You can open your delivery to make sure you’ve received what you thought you were buying, and you’re allowed to do what is reasonable to ensure you’ve received what you thought you were buying and that it works as expected, but if any damage is caused, or it is used beyond what’s reasonable, we have the right to charge you for any loss in value to the goods as a result of your use or damage. As these are device accessories, if an item has clearly been used (our opinion is final), we simply cannot resell it as it wouldn't be fair to our other customers.
Before returning an item, please contact us for a return authorisation number. You must ensure that you keep the proof of postage receipt you receive from the Post Office, as we cannot be held responsible if the return is lost in transit.
Personalised items (e.g. personalised printed phone cases) are non-refundable, except in the instance of a defective item that you notify us about within 7 business days of delivery.
Clearance Sale items:
On some products we may run clearance sales. These products are clearly indicated by a very noticeable "Clearance Sale" badge in the product listings and on the product page.
These products are offered at a significant discount, usually below our cost price, and we are therefore unable to accept returns or issue replacements. There will be a particular reason why we chose to clear each product (e.g. excessive stock, the release of a new/improved version of that product, or a quality issue that warrants a price reduction).
