Delivery
We offer three shipping options for all destinations — Standard, Standard Tracked, and Express Tracked. Order before 4pm UK time on a business day and we'll despatch your order that same day (Standard Shipping). Express cut-off times vary by service and destination.

Standard & Standard Tracked
We use Royal Mail for all standard shipments (except parcel-sized items, for which we sometimes ship via EVRI and Yodel). For international orders, once your parcel leaves the UK it passes to your country's national mail service. One thing worth knowing: tracked deliveries are typically faster than untracked, as they receive higher priority in the postal network — unfair, but that's how it works.
Express Tracked
A fully tracked service that's notably faster than Standard Tracked. For UK orders, the carrier is shown at checkout (we currently use Royal Mail, UPS, and Evri). For international orders we typically use UPS, DHL, FEDEX or DPD.
Order tracking
A tracking number is only provided if you select a tracked shipping option at checkout. If you didn't select tracked shipping, we won't have a tracking number to give you — this is simply how postal services work. Please keep this in mind when choosing your shipping option.
Pre-orders & back-orders
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, the whole order will be held and despatched once everything is available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place them in a separate order.
Import fees
For customers in the EU and USA, we pre-pay all import VAT and customs fees — there's nothing extra for you to pay on delivery. For customers elsewhere, import duties or fixed customs clearance fees may apply depending on your country's rules; these are your responsibility. Please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
France — Parcel Tax (TPC)
Since 1st March 2026, France has charged a "Taxe sur les petits colis" (TPC) of €2 per item type on all low-value imports from outside the EU. Because the French authorities haven't provided a way for sellers to pre-pay this, it results in significant admin fees on delivery when using the standard French postal network.
To protect you from these fees, we now despatch all French orders via a faster courier service instead. As a result, French orders have a flat delivery fee of £10 — which works out cheaper than the fees France would otherwise charge you. Please note we can't ship our Magicpotion cleaning spray via this service (no liquids).
Supported countries
We ship to most countries worldwide. We've stopped shipping to a small number of countries where reliability is too poor (orders consistently go missing). If your country isn't supported, get in touch — we can usually arrange express courier delivery.
Christmas shipping
From Black Friday through December, orders placed after 2pm UK time may not despatch the same day. International standard deliveries also take longer during this period, so please allow extra time.
If Christmas Eve (24 Dec) or New Year's Eve (31 Dec) fall on a weekday, our cut-off for those days is 9am for Standard delivery and 2pm the previous business day for Express, due to reduced postal collections.
Returns & Refunds
How to return an item
Before sending anything back, please contact us to obtain a return address and return authorisation number. We'll get you sorted quickly.
Our returns window
You have 90 days from delivery to return an item for an exchange or refund. This goes well beyond your statutory right to cancel, and we think that's how it should be.
Condition of returned items
You're welcome to open and inspect your order to confirm it's what you expected and that it works as described. Beyond that, returned items should be in unused, resaleable condition. As these are device accessories, if an item has clearly been used, we can't resell it fairly to another customer, and we reserve the right to deduct any loss in value from your refund.
Please keep your proof of postage, and we'd strongly recommend using a tracked return service. We can't be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Personalised items
Personalised products (such as printed phone cases) are non-refundable, except where the item is faulty. Faults must be reported within 7 business days of delivery.
Clearance sale items
Clearance items are clearly marked with a "Clearance Sale" badge in the listing and on the product page. These are sold at a significant discount — often below cost price — and we're unable to accept returns or offer replacements on them. Each clearance product is discounted for a specific reason (excess stock, a newer version being released, or a quality issue). You're welcome to ask us for more details before ordering.
Change-of-mind returns
If you decide a product isn't right for you, the original standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. You are responsible for the cost of return postage.
