2. Making an order with us-
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us. If the goods you order are not available, we may supply you with substitute goods. If you decide not to accept the substitute goods, we will refund you the cost of returning them to us.
Orders placed via our website must not be intended for commercial re-sale or commercial drop-shipping, unless agreed in advance with our support team. Without this prior agreement, we reserve the right to refuse the request of a replacement or a refund.
3. How to place an order- We currently accept payments by Credit/Debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and (upon special request) bank transfer. The payment methods we offer are completely secure, and have the highest security certifications available on the internet. To make your purchase, add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping basket, and then from the shopping basket page select to 'checkout', where you will be provided with a list of easy steps to complete your purchase.
Please Note: All our card transactions are settled in the United Kingdom. Foreign transaction fees charged by individual banks are outside of MediaDevil's control and must be payable by the cardholder. For more information regarding foreign transaction fees please contact your bank. -
4. Delivery
- Goods for orders placed before 4pm UK time are sent the same working day via the chosen method of delivery (unless specified otherwise on the product page or the chosen delivery method). You can read more about this on our Shipping and Returns information page. We aim to dispatch Mondays to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays. We will email you a dispatch notice when your order ships.
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of receiving the dispatch email please let us know so that we can trace the parcel with our courier (if tracked delivery was selected). If the goods are damaged in transit, you must refuse the delivery (if damaged), so that we can make a claim against the carriers. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund.
5. Cancellation and returns- This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault — for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. You can cancel your contract before delivery, and up to 14 calendar days after delivery unless specified otherwise on the product page. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us. We will refund your money within 30 days to your original payment method. We will do our utmost to 'beat' this refund timescale and at present, the vast majority of refunds are provided within 2 working days. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation, however, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. If you fail to do return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. This does not affect your statutory right to cancel.
- Please Note: Orders of personalised products cannot be refunded.
-
6. Faulty goods
- If there is a problem with the goods that is not as a result of your actions, please contact us to discuss the matter further. If the goods are found to be faulty within a reasonable time after delivery, you may reject them and claim a full refund. If a fault is found later on, or if you delay in making a complaint, you will still be entitled to a repair within the warranty period. If a repair is not available, you may be able to claim a part or full refund of your money.
