Refund policy

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. We appreciate that occasionally though, you may want to return items.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a change-of-mind return. This does not affect your statutory right to cancel, but our return period is already a lot longer than that anyway.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can open your delivery to make sure you’ve received what you thought you were buying, and you’re also permitted to do what is reasonable to ensure you’ve received what you thought you were buying and that it works as expected, but if any damage is caused, or it is used beyond what’s reasonable, we have the right to charge you for any loss in value to the goods as a result of your use or damage. As these are device accessories, if an item has been clearly used (our opinion is final), we simply cannot resell it as it wouldn't be fair to our other customers.

To start a return, you must first contact us with sufficient details of your request, and we will in turn provide a return authorisation number and return address details. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  You must ensure that you keep the proof of postage receipt you receive from the Post Office, as we cannot be held responsible if the return is delayed or lost in transit.

Damage and issues


Please inspect your order upon receiving it, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Personalised items: (e.g. personalised printed phone cases) are non-refundable, except in the instance of a defective item that you notify us about within 30 calendar days of delivery. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance sale items or gift cards.

  • Clearance Sale items: on some products we may run clearance sales. These products are clearly indicated by a very noticeable "Clearance Sale" badge in the product listings and on the product page. These products are offered at a significantly low price, usually below our cost of sale, and we are therefore unable to accept returns or issue replacements. There will be a particular reason why we chose to clear each respective item (e.g. excessive stock, the release of a new/improved version of that product, or a quality issue that warrants an appropriate price reduction). You are welcome to contact us, before ordering, for further details.

  • Gift Cards: Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate order for the different item you want, and to contact us to return the original item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (within 5 business days of receiving it), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please be mindful that it takes a good few business days for a bank or credit card company to process and post a refund (usually 3-7 business days), and that is the reason why we quote this 10 business day period.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have still not received a refund, please contact us.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
