Apple iPhone SE (1st Gen, 2016) & iPhone 5 / 5s / 5c Privacy Screen Protector

I am a repeat customer and typically own 4 iOS devices at any moment in time (mine and my family’s). I’ve tried other brands of screen protectors over the years but nothing compares to Media Devil. When a protector wears out I will sometimes use a competing product for a couple of days while I wait for my new Media Devil shipment. When this occurs I always have a moment of evil glee tearing the cheap product off and a sense of relief (and a touch of pride because Media Devil installation is a bit of an art...) when my new screen protector is in place... and then I have a piece of candy.

Had a hole on the screen after a couple of days. It’s really weird that this happened. However, Rob the guy I spoke to was very helpful.

I find stick on screens always bubble, but this is better than any I've come across, with a plastic card manipulator included, that works pretty well. True size & reasonable price. Excellent screen blanking for privacy from nosy onlookers, from most angles. A little loss of touch screen sensitivity, but better that, than a broken screen, although I won't test to destruction to find out its' limits. Worth the price in my opinion, so far. ( I never give 5* for anything that I haven't used for a long period, to check the durability - I bought this 2 weeks ago).

This screen protector is excellent and very durable and the privacy factor is fantastic. This is the 2nd one I've bought, I only replaced the original as my baby daughter got hold of my phone and use it as a teether and scratched up my original one which was already over 2 years old anyway. I'm not a particularly careful person with my phone anyway and it has a hard life between being flung in my handbag and thrown around and chewed on by my baby, but this screen protector is the most durable I've ever had and far superior to any apple product.

Really easy to apply, got it done first time! I watched the video on how to apply the screen protector and the tip for using sticky tape to remove any dust is priceless!

The screen protector itself is really well made, a great fit to the phone and is quite thick so I feel the screen is well protected.

The privacy screen protector works really well, it does exactly what you want. I was really skeptical that it wouldn't be able to black out so much but it really works! One issue that I would think some people might have is that it does dull down the screen a little but that doesn't bother me at all.

Media devil has never let me down, I have bought several products. This one is the best of the lot. It is the easiest screen protector to apply of any I have seen , and I love the product in action.

The screen protector from MediaDevil looks exactly like the picture on their website. The holes for the speaker, camera, and home button fit perfectly to the phone and it was even easy to apply! For the first time ever, I have no bubbles in my screen. I have the iPhone 5C and it fit perfectly - I can't even tell I have a screen protector on. Except that it feels wonderful with the matte (anti glare, anti fingerprint) feel and privacy when you turn the phone sideways. It's better than the privacy protector you can buy at the Apple store because the Apple one is glossy which gets smudgy, and the Apple one is double the price! I will recommend this screen protector to everyone!

When I was ordering this product I had had just one thing in mind: privacy. Needless to say, I got privacy or else I wouldn't be giving this five stars, but it was only once the protector arrived that I noticed all of the little things about this piece of plastic that made me love it so much. For starters, it doesn't use an adhesive to hold on to the screen so you can replace it and remove it as many times as you like without any detrimental effects, secondly it makes the screen incredibly easy to clean with just the included screen cloth: on a plain screen I found that the slightest scratch would show immediately and stains like chocolate were remarkably hard to remove without leaving some noticeable residue which further tarnished the look of what should be a very sleek phone. Finally, let me talk about the look and feel of the cover, when you touch it, you will notice it does not feel anything like glass, if I were to describe the feeling of the cover I'd say think of the plastic shell of an Xbox controller or PC keyboard keys except a fair bit smoother, as for looks, all I'll say is there are some fine diagonal lines across the protector which are only visible when the screen is on which I could see being a nuisance to a few people but I imagine it'd pass with time. If I had to complain about one thing though, the hole for the home button is slightly larger than the button itself which may have some practical application but I find it detracts from an otherwise seamless appearance.

Brilliant protector and privacy screen film. Quality is fault free, and is pricision cut to fit perfectly.

All I would say is take your time when you apply this and work in a dust free zone as much as possible. Cleaning you phone alone with cloths will remove all debris but to completely remove all dust particles, I used a good quality paint brush to brush everything away before applying the film.

Also, work under good lighting to see what you are doing.

If you do manage to get dust particles trapped, the sticky tape advice works a treat, just peel back the film back to reveal the dust particle, dab the sticky tape to the film and peel away and the dust will be gone!

Used this product many times on all my iPhones over the years, this is definitely the best.

So easy to fit and as its a darker colour you can see it better when fitting.

Go on buy quality product, you won't be disappointed.

I have used Mediadevil and I have to say their product is quality.

* Applying the Screenprotector is just so simple and if you just makes sure that you follow instruction and make sure you clean you screen you will not get any air bubble.

* Quality is top notch as the protector is just almost invisible. Cleaning it is very simple as well. One more thing which should be pointed out is the fact that it does not scratch. I paid over £10 for another brand of screen protector and the protector had scratch on it after a few days. Not with MediaDevil. It looks just like you have applied it 1 min ago.

* Removal

Once you remove it there is no sticky stuff on there you don't even notice you had a screenprotector on. The phone looks like new.

One word on the Privacy Edition, it is a bit thicker than any other protector i have used. Just so you are aware of it.

I love this privicy screen, it is awesome and would recommend it to anyone else seeking a new privicy screen. It may take time to get to you if you are out of the UK, but it is worth the wait.

Excellent Product! The best that i have used!

I got nothing bad to say about the screen except for if you have a white iPhone like I do, then it might be a bad idea to purchase it unless you don't care that you have a white phone and a gray front screen (I have gotten used to it and it looks different compared to other iPhones now that it has a gray front screen). Otherwise it works like it should and if you have a black iPhone then it's definitely not noticeable except for the screen is matte ;)

I am a returning customer as the products i have used in the past have been world class. I recently brought new iPhones for the whole family and then ordered the privacy edition screen protectors for them. They are extremely well made, and the finish is precise with a tight fit. The materials used are professional materials, and can honestly say the privacy edition actually works. Look no further for a world class iPhone screen protector. Now to get them all iPad screen protectors!!!!

High quality and works as advertised. Watch the videos on YouTube on how to install it correctly and remove dust particles. I used this brand on my iPhone 4 and was so glad when it finally came out for iPhone 5. Don't skimp if you want a quality privacy screen that won't annoy you.
