I had an initial problem with the installation and the protector but both were manufacturing issues with the individual handset or a glitch their end.
Rob in the customer service team responded promptly with a replacement that worked and excellent advice on aftercare and installation.
Highly recommend even if there is an initial problem.
First but not last time buyer. The protector is applied but look and feel of the phone has not changed, fingerprint and gestures work fine.
Really like the applicator card functions as a tube map, one plastic less straight to the bin!
Only on phone for short while and appears to do what it was designed fo. Its tough.
Cost effective considering two screen protectors are provided, along with the necessary tools for application. No screen wipes provided for cleaning before application but this is easily over come with a little water, some rubbing alcohol or your own wipes. Application was easy though a few dust particles attached themselves to the adhesive underside, becoming impossible to remove. Rather than making things worse I just completed adhesion and will live with the small imperfections until the protector starts to fail, there is another one to apply after all. Over all and two weeks in, so far it is effective with no negative impact on touch screen sensitivity.
Very easy to apply, especially with the cleaning cloth. Fingerprint recognition is very good
Great
Fantastic customer service. Very helpful and pro active.
I have absolutely no idea what has happened with my order.
Glowing reviews online. A British firm. The product was exactly what I was looking for.
I've fitted many screen protectors over the years and have gotten fairly good at it.
Try as I might this product would not adhere at the sides. I chalked this up to being unlucky.
Attempting to fit the second screen protector was a total disaster.
The second protective film wouldn't be removed and the tab torn off. Attempts at trying to peel it manually were lifting the screen protector so the (already poor) adhesive was coming detached.
No alcohol wipes just a dry cloth in the package so removing grease before installation shouldn't apparently be a concern for the product.
I didn't contact for a refund because frankly they need all the money they can get for R&D.
Try a Kickstarter.
Hi Jeremy,
Sorry to hear there was a problem, although rare this is something that crops up occasionally. We'll be in touch shortly to address the points you made and offer assistance.
Great customer service and fast delivery. A good product and was really easy to apply. Thank you!
After using many different brands of screen protector I am satisfied to have Mediadevil screen protector for my Google Pixel 8 that fits well and feels good. Thank you for timely delivered. 🙂
An amazing screen protector that is easy to fit
Can always rely on MediaDevil to deliver, great product, does exactly what it claims it will do, perfect!
Would have been perfect if I didn't have a couple of bubbles that I just can't shift.
Arrived on Time, excellent screen saver very easy to apply first time. Made up on my new phone good price
I have always used a screen protector, to protect my investment in a series of mobile phones. I have used a variety of suppliers and this is the first one where it is possible to adjust the position after application without damaging it. The reason is that the material is flexible and can be lifted with the help of a supplied tape, repositioned and reset, bubble-free. Give it a go, you will not be disappointed!
