Google Pixel 5 Screen Protector (Ultra-Tough, Glass-Free)

I've only had the screen protector on for about a week, so I can't speak about durability, but it looks really good. I much prefer thin film screen protectors over tampered glass, and this one seems to be as good as they get.
It took few days to all the tiny bubbles to clear and edges to stick properly. My only gripe is that the edges could be slightly profiled (made less sharp) as you can feel them when you swipe across the phone with a slightly curved screen.

Can't fault this item at all, my only wish is I'd discovered media devil sooner! Customer service was spot on via emails. Soon I'll be upgrading from pixel 5 to the Pixel 7 Pro and I'll be making sure I purchase a screen protector for that from here.

My first screen protector from MediaDevil was for my OnePlus 8T device, and boy did it leave a lasting impression =-- in the best way!The first protector (of the 2-pack) on my OP8T lasted ~1.5 years without any cracking, and only had scratches to show for the wear and tear. I dropped my phone several times, used it without a case, and the screen looks flawless still. I ended up putting the 2nd (included) protector on just to have a fresh, no-scratch look after such a long time.

I've since purchased a Pixel 5 and am using the same screen protectors for it since they are clearly the best in terms of quality and durability. I get the same solid protection and hardly even notice that the screen protector is there! These hybrid protectors are so much thinner than tempered glass -- I'll never go back!

A little more fiddly to fit than some because it doesn't come with a guide bit, and it took a little while for the bubbles to go, but once they did it seems pretty good.

As always, excellent customer service and product. Highly recommended.

You get 2 protectors with this purchase. Quick delivery. The screen protector is easy to fit.

Got my protector on the first time around (small air bubbles around the camera hole that I can't remove), but think it's nearly impossible to get it 100% perfect anyway. My only minor complaint is what is in the other comments - gets more greasy than the naked Pixel 5 glass screen (though I see that's explained in one of the comments from the company below), and the edges seem a bit rough. However, not that noticeable, and otherwise is very clear and has a great feel to it.

This is the best screen protector I have purchased only let down by an install that was a little bit tricky. For some unfathomable reason is never properly sealed at the bottom edge which is a little irritating.

I've been using this screen protector for around 6 weeks right now. At first I was a little bit unsure as it seemed thinner than any protector I've previously used. After a few hours I knew I'd made the right choice. It feels very natural. Almost like you're using the phone naked.

Despite being thin it's highly protective. My phone has been in my pocket with keys, I regularly set it down on surfaces screen down (when I don't want the AOD to activate) and am yet to notice any scratches.

My only gripes with this product are:
* Difficult to Install - When compared to your standards tempered glass protectors, I'd say this is much more difficult to install. Ended up using both protectors in the packet to successfully install. I followed all guides available but could not get the air bubbles out of the first one. The second was much better (although I still have a few air bubbles around the camera hole punch that will not go). This product would benefit from an easy install plastic frame that slots over the device to guide the user into a perfect position.
* The edges of the screen protector don't feel well finished/smooth. They are slightly uneven with bits flaking off. Before my case arrived, it was catching small pieces of fabric from my trousers when in pocket. With a case on it's no problem.

It's worth noting that the customer service from this company is exceptional. I had some questions prior to purchase. The extremely friendly co-founder of the company (Callum) emailed directly with answers and offered to help with anything else needed. More companies need to take this approach when communicating with customers! :)

Overall I would highly recommend. You won't want to return to a tempered glass style after a couple days using this ;)

Application easy enough, and appreciate that there's 2 in the box.
However once applied I found the screen just became smudgy and greasy quickly. Even after cleaning to a clear shine with a microfiber cloth, a few hours later it's just covered in fingerprints.
In the end I had to remove it. Whatever the pixel 5 screen is coated in from the factory works well and I have no fingerprints once this protector is removed.

This really is a fantastic screen protector - a great alternative to glass protectors that are prone to chipping/cracking! It is a little fiddly to get on the device, especially considering the corner punchhole for the camera (I like to think I'm steady handed but even I took a couple of tries to align it just right), but once it's on and you've waited a couple of days for it to settle it's like it's not even there. Even with the fiddling I'm still rating 5 because it's worth it.

Amazing screen protector. Lots of extras. Wished the edges were rounded so didn't feel so sharp when swiping from the sides towards the center of the screen. Other than that, Greta stuff.

Good quality and very quick delivery. Also good communication from the team.
I'm not sure how tough the glass is until I have dropped my phone which hopefully not happen soon!

Bottom line. This screen protector fits perfectly to my Pixel 5.

After stumbling upon Mediadevil in a review I found on through Google I thought I would give them a try. They appeared to be one of the only manufacturers making Pixel 5 Screen protection which actually had a hole punch for the camera. And.. they are a UK company, so all for supporting UK Companies.

Screen Protector fitted perfectly! Excellent, fit, nice protection, I followed the instruction video which was perfect also. The only tip I would say for fitting, is when you half peel back the protected film to start aligning and fitting, the protector does not always stick directly to the phone glass straight away. So my wife helped :-) and gently pushed down while I aligned the screen protector.

I was worried originally about the screen protector coming and being the wrong size after struggling to find any online with the pixel 5 dimensions. After getting the message instantly off the director (Rob) regarding my order I decided to message asking about my queries on the size of the protector worrying it wouldn't fit. After getting a speedy reply I was instantly reassured that it would fit after having one of the best customer service conversations I have had in a long time.
Seems like a legitimate well organized brilliantly run small company and I recommend anyone to buy from this company.

I originally bought the Olixar film screen protector for my pixel 5 but it was a nightmare trying to put it and I wasted both in the pack as they both turned out horrible and very bubbly. It was a bit too thin and the application card also scratched one of them. I tried again with this one and it was much easier to apply and it's slightly thicker as well so maybe that has something to do with it. I managed to get it on first go and I still have my spare but overall first impressions it seems pretty good and sturdy so far. Postage was fast I ordered at around 3:30pm Thursday 15/10 and it arrived the following day
