Samsung Galaxy S5 Genuine Leather Pouch Sleeve Case | Artisanpouch

I have used artisan pouches for all my phone's without any problems and liked their quality and service. When new phone they were first call as it's not available in UK they suggested the same size iPhone X case and that was a bit tight. After some research this Samsung gave a perfect fit. Media devil is always to be highly recommended!!

Having had a few cheap pull-tab phone pouches in the past that were adequate i decided to pay a bit more for this case and it was money well spent. All black case looks classy with black S5, well-made and the packaging, delivery and communication were all excellent. Fits perfectly after breaking it in. Highly recommended

I am writing from Malaysia having just recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy 5S artisan pouch. Ordered in April and expected to be shipped when the product (it is new product) was ready in third week of May. Was pleasantly surprised to receive email on 16 May informing order has been sent and expected delivery to be 5-15 days. However after 3 weeks it has not arrive and tracking it online drew a blank. I wrote them on 6 June and a replacement was promptly dispatched.

I was surprised the original package arrived this morning and the pouch met all the expectations I arrived at from their description on their website and some Youtube video reviews posted online. One usually do not know what to expect when purchasing things online which one has not personally seen and inspected.

It is not only the product that pleases me but Mediadevil's excellent service that really impress me. No wonder they won the UK Business award.

The sweets included in their shipment is also a nice touch. It shows the company is really making the effort with customer service.

After all that I felt obliged to inform them the package has arrived tho morning and asked them what I should do with the replacement package they sent last week. Just received their reply informing that I could keep the extra pouch too. Though it is not really going to be of much use to me since it is same as what I have now I will give it to someone as a present. Thank you Mediadevil.

I took a chance on this as some of the phone pouches I have had are a really stiff unyielding leather. This case however is a really lovely leather, extremely good quality and my Samsung Galaxy s5 fits in as if it's been made to measure. I ordered the teal and it was beautiful. I love it. Always appreciate the sweeties as well!

Not the cheapest by any means but I know I'll get quality whenever I order from these guys and the service is faultless.
