What is Full Grain Leather?

Full-grain leather is the highest quality form of leather available. As the name suggests, it retains the full leather grain. This is why full-grain leather goods develop a durable protective patina as you use them.

In contrast, most "genuine" leather products today are using 'split' leather, a much cheaper material. It is created by splitting leather to remove the expensive surface, and replacing it with a leather patten stamped polyurethane (i.e. plastic) layer. In other words, it is plastic leather with real leather stuck to the back so that it can still be marketed as "genuine leather".

After a long wait due to Brexit and Christmas issues, I finally received the pouch. Well worth the wait and I could not be happier with my purchase. High quality leather and a snug fit. The magnet to hold the pull-tab is a nice plus also.

Had to wait for another delivery but bought my 7th Artisan leather case. This was for my iPhone X this time.
Superb quality and design. This is the best case on the market.
I was talked into a TORRO case for more protection of my expensive phone, but as soon as it became a little wet (via rain) it looked as if it was melting at the fold/hinge. So ordered this to replace it. Now have excellent brown leather/cream stitching version. Would and do recommend to all.

High Quality Case

Very happy with both the case, and the service from Media Devil. The case is a perfect fit for my iPhone XS Max, and the colour is classy (blue). I initially accidentally ordered the wrong size, but realised my error quickly and emailed to try and change it. Everything was handled quickly, and the correct case was sent out. Great service.

Excellent quality and service

Black quality real leather with red stitching, what more can you ask for?
I would recommend to everyone as it permits the Apple iPhone X to be handled directly as the designer intended. Leaving both the phone and artisan pouch very tactile. Charging is archived by inserting the phone upside down to allow the cable to be plugged in and thus pouch protects during charging.

Another Great Case

This is at least my 6th Artisanpouch. They have all been excellent quality and protect the phone well. The phone fits in snugly but it is easy to remove with the pull tab. Delivery is usually very quick too. I would recommend MediaDevil wholeheartedly.
