iPhone 7 Plus / 8 Plus Notebook-Style Leather Case with Magnetic Closure and Stand | Artisancover (3rd Gen.).

Individually handcrafted by European leather artisans, using the finest quality European full-grain genuine leather. Artisancover has a professional notebook-inspired design. It features a hidden magnetic closure, a cardholder slot and an integrated stand for reading and viewing. Your device is held securely in position by a built-in matte textured polycarbonate case.

Leather types available for this case:

Aniline (soft pebble-dashed) leather:
Our aniline leather is buttery soft, with a natural, subtly pebbled surface texture. This leather is commonly used for luxury handbags, and it is almost entirely colourfast, acquiring a very subtle hue and feel over time.

Rustic (Nubuck) leather:
Our rustic leather is an expensive nubuck leather used often by premium footwear brands, as it is stronger and longer lasting than suede leather. It retains a 'rustic' appearance that displays marks from use, which is wholly intentional. It gradually matures over time, developing a rich, distinctive patina, which varies from item to item depending on how frequently each is handled (e.g. a phone case will mature faster than a laptop case).

What is full-grain leather?
Full-grain leather is the highest quality form of leather available, and is often used to make high-quality leather furniture and footwear. 'Full-grain' refers to leather that has not been treated to remove natural marks on the surface. The grain remains, allowing greater strength and durability. The grain also provides breathability, resulting in less build-up of moisture. Rather than wearing out, it develops a patina over time, gradually improving the aesthetic appearance of the product as it protects your device from daily life.

Well designed & attractive iPhone case

Excellent iPhone 8 case. Really good quality leather. It looses one star however as the plastic mount that the phone clips into is rather brittle and on my previous case (see review below) the corners rapidly broke off despite the fact my phone was rarely taken out of the case. I still got over two years of use out of it before there wasn’t enough plastic left to hold the phone in place, which isn’t too bad, and the leather part is still as good as new. I’m happy enough with the performance to have bought another. It just seems a shame to pair such good quality leather with such short-lived plastic components.

Super packaging but more impotently the products were excellent. Great product and service !

Excellent iPhone 8 Plus case

I’m very pleased with this beautiful leather case, which in the hand turned out to be of much higher quality than superficially similar ‘leather’ cases I’ve bought from other suppliers in the past. It is an excellent snug fit for the phone and coupled with a MediaDevil screen protector that I purchased at the same time it means I’m no longer fretting about scratching my new phone. Another positive surprise for me was how little bulk it added to what is already a pretty hefty phone meaning it still easily slides into my pocket.
I thoroughly recommend this case and will certainly be buying from MediaDevil again in the future.

Just perfect case for the iPhone

Having purchased items from MediaDevil before, I knew their quality was really good and have brilliantly designed products. So when I changed phone I knew I wanted to get a media devil case and this notebook case not only looks great, but fits the phone perfectly and as an added bonus you can fold the case in such a way to use it as a stand to watch movies etc. The lid has a magnetic close rather than some cheaper cases that don't, meaning the lid won't just flop open ulecpectadely. I chose Navy and cream colour combo and I must say it looks even better in person than the images above - really nice and luxurious.
