Inspired by the popularity of our Ultra-Tough edition, our Matte Ultra-Tough edition is the next-generation version of our Matte Clear edition. In addition to the benefits of our Ultra Tough material, we've managed to devise a particularly durable matte texture (which is usually much more susceptible to scratches than glossy-textured material).


Advanced Performance:

Developed in close collaboration with a British advanced materials company, our Ultra-Tough material is equipped with the best features of both glass and plastic screen protectors, providing the solution to the unending online debate of which material is better.

  • Thinner than tempered glass, and yet, provides the same 9H hardness and impact protection.
  • Contains no glass and therefore cannot crack, meaning it won't eventually need replacing.
  • Does not affect the in-display sensors (e.g. fingerprint & face scanners, or light & proximity sensors).

    Please Note:
    Matte material protectors produce a pixellation of the screen, as this is the natural effect created by the Matte (anti-glare) frosted texture. It is simply an unavoidable 'law of physics'. You will see this pixellation on all anti-glare screen protectors from all brands (many of which are noticeably more extreme than ours). Apple's own matte screen monitors and professional television industry monitors display it also, as it is unavoidable.

    Forget the rest, these are the best.

    Been applying all sorts of things to my various LCD-screened devices for years and just keep coming back here after disappointment with others. The fit and application are always great, and once in place the Protector Matte Ultra Tough (Anti-Glare) looks and feels (yes, feels!) wonderful. It's a nice glare-free matte surface, exactly as described and not even my terrier's claws have managed to make a mark. Fingers slide smoothly and there is zero impact with touch responsiveness. This may well outlast the phone - you get 2 in the pack anyway. Would definitely buy again.

    Great product

    I have used media devil screen film on my previous IPhone and found them very durable they are easy to apply and nearly invisible apart from the anti glare effect . Overall a very good product .
