I had an initial problem with the installation and the protector but both were manufacturing issues with the individual handset or a glitch their end.
Rob in the customer service team responded promptly with a replacement that worked and excellent advice on aftercare and installation.

I've fitted many screen protectors over the years and have gotten fairly good at it.
Try as I might this product would not adhere at the sides. I chalked this up to being unlucky.
Attempting to fit the second screen protector was a total disaster.
The second protective film wouldn't be removed and the tab torn off. Attempts at trying to peel it manually were lifting the screen protector so the (already poor) adhesive was coming detached.
No alcohol wipes just a dry cloth in the package so removing grease before installation shouldn't apparently be a concern for the product.
I didn't contact for a refund because frankly they need all the money they can get for R&D.
