Whether you're a UK-based customer or non-UK, we offer three options:

Order before 4pm (UK time) on business days for your order to be shipped out the same day (with Standard Shipping).
Express Delivery daily cut-off varies according to the delivery service used and whether the order is for the UK or an international address.

Standard / Standard Tracked Shipping

We use Royal Mail (the UK's national mail service).
- For international orders: once mail leaves the UK it is handled by your respective country's national mail service.
- Please Note: tracked deliveries, both UK and international, are usually quicker than non-tracked as they are given higher priority in the postal network (not fair we know, but it's the reality).
Express Tracked Shipping
- This is a fully tracked service that is notably quicker than Standard Tracked Shipping.
- UK Orders: the shipping carriers used for express delivery are mentioned in the checkout (at time of writing we use Royal Mail, UPS and EVRI).

Non-UK orders: we use different different shipping carriers, but it'll usually always be UPS or DHL.

Please note:
Orders of our Artisancase leather bumper case, vegan leather bumper case, and our leather back stickers are not guaranteed to be shipped out with express shipping until the next business day, as a certain amount of time is required for us to produce them. The earlier you order, the greater the likelihood.
Free Delivery:
- We offer a free delivery service to the UK and worldwide.
- Please note, this service is the standard speed, untracked service, and during busy seasonal periods may take one extra business day to dispatch.
- Qualification for free shipping is based on the following minimum spend amounts:
- UK: £19
- EU: £50 (approximately 55 EUR)
- USA: £50 (approximately 65 USD)
Other Details:
Order Tracking:
- You must select the tracked delivery option if you want a tracking number for your order.
- We are very frequently asked for tracking numbers (and always by those who didn't select the tracked shipping option), so please, take careful note of the above. This is how the postal system has always worked.
Pre-Orders:
- Orders including pre-ordered or back-ordered items will ship
be despatched as soon as all items are available. - You must place separate orders if you wish for in-stock items to ship first.
Supported Countries:
- We offer delivery to most countries.
- We have stopped shipping to certain countries due to
due to the unreliability of their postal systems (ie. everything goes 'missing'). - If we don't support your county, please contact us for a custom shipping quote, as we can usually always ship using Express Courier.
Shipping during the Christmas Period:
- During the Christmas period (from Black Friday onwards), orders placed after 2pm UK time may not be despatched
be shipped that same day. - International deliveries (Standard Shipping) are also likely to take noticeably longer in the global postage system during the Christmas period, so please allow enough time for the delivery of your order.
- If Christmas Eve (24th December) or New Year's Eve (31st December) fall between Monday-Friday, our order deadline for these two days is 9am UK time (Standard delivery) and 2pm UK time the previous business day (Express delivery). This is due to earlier/reduced postal service collections.
2. Returns Policy
- Before returning an item, you must contact us for a return address and return authorisation number.
- You have a maximum of 90 days from delivery to return your order to us for an exchange or refund.
- This
, of course, does not affect your statutory right to cancel, however this return policy is already far better than that anyway! - You can open your delivery to make sure you’ve received what you thought you were buying, and you’re allowed to do what is reasonable to ensure you’ve received what you thought you were buying and that it works as expected.
- If any damage is incurred
is caused , or any wear isis used beyond what is reasonable, we reserve the right to charge you for any loss in value to the goods. Note that as these are device accessories, if an item has been clearly used (our opinion is final), wesimply cannot resell it as it wouldn't be fair to our other customers. - You must
must ensure that you keep the proof of postage receipt you receive from the postal service (and we would highly recommend using a tracked delivery service), as we cannot be heldbe held responsible if your item is lostthe return is lost in transit.
Personalised items:
- Personalised items (e.g. personalised printed phone cases) are non-refundable, except in the instance of a defective item
that you notify us about within 7 business days of delivery.
Clearance Sale items:
- On some products we may run clearance sales. These products
are clearly indicated by a very noticeable "Clearance Sale" badge in the product listings and on the product page. - These clearance items are sold at a significant discount, usually below our cost price, and we cannot
are therefore unable to accept returns or issue replacements. -
There will be a particular reason
why wechose to clear each product (e.g. excessive stock, the release of a new/improved version of that product, or a quality issue that warrants a price reduction). You are welcome to contact us, before ordering, for further details.
