Can I visit your offices?

We receive a lot of customer requests to visit us to see our product range, or to have a screen protector applied for them.
Regrettably we are unable to entertain these requests at present, however we are working towards finding a solution.

Availability

I want to purchase a product from you, but you don't support my device yet. How can I find out if/when it will become available?

All upcoming products that we have confirmed we will be selling are listed there, and you can sign up for an email notification of when the product you are waiting for becomes available.
If the product you would like is not listed, please complete our Product Request form and we will discuss it in our weekly product range meeting (your requests do genuinely get heard).

Delivery

How long does delivery take, and which shipping options are tracked?

Why do you not offer high-speed tracked courier deliveries (e.g. UPS/DHL) for international deliveries?

International tracked delivery is incredibly expensive. For example, a couriered delivery of one screen protector pack to the USA from the UK costs about £50 ($70). Even a snail-mail tracked delivery using the national postage services costs about £10 ($15).

When we begin selling higher-value products, and have greater bargaining power with the courier services (both will happen by the end of 2011), we will offer international courier deliveries.
US customers: good news! We are opening a US office in 2012.

I have a question about a product that I have NOT purchased yet

On the product page, click the ‘FAQ’ tab, and complete the question form there (Important: check the other questions that have been asked before asking a question, as another customer may well have already asked it).

I require after-sales support for a product that I purchased from MediaDevil (or an authorised MediaDevil re-seller)

We receive hundreds of review requests a month, therefore please respect that we reserve the right to contact you only if/when resources or opportunities permit.

Very helpful hint: It would be VERY beneficial for you to show that:

1) You have done your research about our products/company (copy and paste messages are impolite and will get you nowhere).

2) You have created a prior review of our products (to a professional standard). We really cannot stand freebie hunters, they give amateur reviewers a bad name and prevent us from collaborating with the reviewers who truly deserve it.
