Delivery Policy

At MediaDevil we are proud to offer a fast and value-for-money delivery service.

We offer delivery to most countries on all of our products. Regrettably we have stopped shipping to a very small number of countries (most notably South Africa and India) due to the unreliability of their postal systems. If your country is not listed please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

If you select our 'Standard Shipping' or 'Free Shipping' option, your order delivery is not tracked.

Deliveries may be further delayed if ordering during the Christmas period. Please Note: During busy periods, orders placed after 10am may not be shipped that same day.

Pre-Orders: Your order will be despatched as soon as all items are available. You must place separate orders if you wish for in-stock items to be delivered before pre-ordered items.
To reiterate: Your order will be shipped when all individual items become available, as one shipment.

Tracked Delivery:

UK Customers: Select either Royal Mail's 'Recorded' or 'Special Delivery' delivery option. Ensure someone is present at the recipient address between 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday to sign for the delivery.

Non-UK customers: Select Royal Mail's 'International Signed-For' or 'Deutsche Post Registered' delivery option. Ensure someone is present at the recipient address between 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday to sign for the delivery.

Returns Procedure

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us.
Occasionally though we know you may want to return items, so here is our returns policy:

If you wish to return an unused (i.e. unsealed and unopened) item, you can do so within 30 days for an exchange or refund as required. Before doing so, please contact us for a return authorisation number.
The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as received.

Please Note: Personalised items (e.g. personalised printed cases) are non-refundable, except in the instance of a defective item that you notify us about within 7 business days of receiving.

This does not affect your statutory right to cancel.
